Founded in 2015, Aileen Vania Architecture and Interior Design is a full service firm that provides design services ranging from residential, hospitality, office, park, commercial and exhibition. We emphasizes highly interactive participation with our clients in all stages of a project and uses 3d images, sketches, material samples, and other illustrative techniques that effectively communicate progress throughout a construction project. This process ensures that all participants have the same understanding and expectations throughout a project. We believe that architecture should provide a seamless experience, from outside to inside. The starting point is to gain an understanding of a client’s needs and the way of spaces will be used. The quality of light, the choice of materials, the use of colour, and the selection of furnishings and works of art are coordinated as part of the overall scheme; and each element involves the same process of questioning and refinement.

DESIGN PHASE

INTRODUCTION
This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property. We will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales & budgets, to build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences.

RESEARCH
After getting to know you better, we'll start researching about the needs and also give you the references to get the right ideas for the project.

PROGRAMMING
One of the most important stage in architecture and interior design is developing layouts. We'll create the best possible layouts to make good flows and circulations for your space.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & PRESENTATION
Once the floor plan is approved, we'll create the 3D images and mood board.
We'll present the design concepts to get the review, feedback and approval.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After approval of the design, we'll get into details and give the material specifications for the project. Technical things will also be discussed in this stage.
We'll give you final design documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules and project time frame.
06
CONSTRUCTION
During the construction phase, we'll do 3 (three) times project visit. If needed, we provide options for project supervision to make sure the construction goes according to plan.

INTERIOR STYLING
After furniture installation, we'll do interior styling to make your space a perfect balance of beautiful and functional

DOCUMENTATION
Project documentations, captured by professional photographer, will be provided to highlight the outstanding elements of your project.
